📜 Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use of the digitalinvitations.online platform (and related domains). The service is operated by Jarosław Oroń, address: Lublin, ul. Herberta 11/54, Poland, e-mail: [email protected]. The service consists of tools (the Creator) for designing digital invitations, distributing links and managing the guest list (RSVP).

Free services: basic access to the Creator, free templates, generating a link for guests and collecting RSVP confirmations. Premium services (paid): additional packages and features (e.g. interactive maps, welcome videos, external integrations, B2B packages). The operator reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw individual features of the service.

The user bears sole responsibility for the content entered into the service (invitation texts, photos, videos). It is prohibited to create invitations of an unlawful nature, infringing personal rights, promoting violence or constituting spam. The operator is not liable for the cancellation of an event, its course, or the absence of responses from invited guests.

Access to Premium features requires payment in accordance with the current price list presented in the service. Payments are processed by an external payment provider. Due to the digital nature of Premium services (digital content supplied immediately), a consumer who consents to immediate performance loses the 14-day right of withdrawal (Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU as implemented).

Complaints regarding the operation of the service may be submitted to: [email protected]. Complaints are handled within 14 days. Consumers in the EU may use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. This does not deprive consumers of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence.
