The controller of personal data entered in the digitalinvitations.online service is Jarosław Oroń, address: Lublin, ul. Herberta 11/54, Poland. The user who creates an invitation becomes the controller of their guests’ data (entrusting its processing to us for the purpose of handling the event).

2. What data do we process?

Organiser data: e-mail address, billing data (when purchasing Premium services), IP address, login history. Guest data (RSVP): first names, surnames, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, dietary choices and other information voluntarily provided in the RSVP form.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process your data to provide services electronically (performance of a contract — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). For analytical, statistical and security-improvement purposes (legitimate interest — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). For accounting and tax purposes in the case of paid transactions (legal obligation — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

4. Who do we share data with?

Your data is safe; to provide our services we use trusted partners: — A cloud hosting provider located in the EU. — A payment system operator. — Providers of analytics and e-mail infrastructure.
